In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to remove shared users and ensure your devices stay in your control.
How to Cancel Shared Devices on the DMSS app
Open the DMSS App.
In Device, click on the 3 dots to the right of the recorder.
Select 'Share Devices.'
Under Shared Users, click on the 3 dots to the right of the account you wish to cancel sharing.
Select 'Cancel Sharing.'
A confirmation window will appear – Click OK.
Once completed, the shared user will no longer appear under Device.
